This section keeps the facility design and expansion material, but focuses on the physical build-out and staged scaling path, while the financial interpretation of expansion goes to the econometrics section.
5. Finance and Investment
This is the renamed theory-and-brainstorms area. Sounds better. The purpose is to make visible that early ideas, experimental concepts, and emerging models have a legitimate place in the knowledge system before they mature into platform or analytical capabilities in one of the categories above.
