About CEA-OS Digital Greenhouse Modeling Project

The GreenOS greenhouse is the operational nerve center of a CEA facility — the instrumented, data-generating layer that makes the physical environment legible to management.

Unlike a digital twin, which requires an existing physical reference system to mirror, a GreenOS greenhouse model is built forward: it captures what the facility would do, period by period, and turns that data into a living performance period over the long term.

  • Yield Projections

Yield per square foot, energy per pound, microclimate variance by zone, equipment cycle times — none of these drive decisions until they are measured, tracked, and made visible using probabilities.

The GreenOS greenhouse model is what separates a facility that runs on intuition from one that runs on evidence and quantified risk (confidence intervals). This analysis is critical to the investment, planning, and risk management processes.
